How do I order online?
To place your order on groupmobile.com, simply click on the brand or category you are interested in using the top or left navigation. Select the product you are interested in and click on "Configure & Buy". You will be taken to the "Configure & Buy" page where you will be able to select upgrades and accessories for your computer. Once you have selected upgrades and accessories by placing a quantity in the box to the left of the option simply click the "Add to Cart" button. You will be taken to a page where you can review your order with shipping and taxes if applicable before you checkout. At this point you will be able to change the quantities in your cart or continue shopping.
When you are ready to place your order, click the "Checkout" button and you will be given the option to checkout using our "Guest Checkout" or through our "Existing Accounts" section if you are a returning user. You will be prompted to fill in your shipping and billing information as well as your payment information. At this point you can also upgrade your shipping method. Please make sure that your billing address matches the billing information on your credit card statement otherwise your order will be delayed. Also, if you have any special instructions please note them in the comments section. We do read these!
When you place your order online with groupmobile.com you can be assured that your information is safe and secure. Group Mobile uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to ensure all information is secure. Can I place my order over the phone?
If online ordering is not your style, you can always call one of our rugged computer or vehicle mount specialists to place your order. Can I order using a purchase order (P.O.)?
Our website is currently not set up to take orders using a purchase order (P.O.) or set you up on Net credit terms so please call us to place your order over the phone. Can I qualify for a quantity, public safety, educational, etc. discount?
Yes, however, discounts will vary from customer to customer and are quoted on a case-by-case basis depending on quantity, availability, and manufacturer. For more information, please call 1-866-RUGGED-8 (1-866-784-4338) and follow the prompts to get to the right representative.
What types of credit cards do you accept?
Group Mobile currently accepts Visa, American Express, Master Card and Discover. We also accept debit cards with a Visa or Master Card logo.
Can I pay via credit terms?
Group Mobile will only extend credit terms to organizations (not individuals) after they have submitted a credit application and only after that credit application has been approved by us. Please contact us and we will email or fax our brief credit application to you. Once you have filled out the application in its entirety please fax it to 480-247-2750 Attention: "Accounting". You will be notified by email if your application has been approved.
Does Group Mobile offer financing?
Group Mobile empowers our customers to easily apply for financing online. Our equipment financing system will instantly let you know if you are approved the second you click submit on your online credit application! Visit the Group Mobile Lease Financing page to more about the benefits of leasing.
Do you accept wire transfers?
Group Mobile does accept wire transfers as a form of payment. If you would like to send us a wire transfer for an order you have already placed or for an order you would like to place with us, please contact one of our sales reps at 1-866-RUGGED-8 (1-866-784-4338) and follow the prompts to get to the right representative. Please note that your order will not ship until the wire transfer is complete and has been deposited into our account.
Do you take checks or money orders?
Group Mobile does accept checks and money orders, however please note that your order will not ship until your check or money order clears our bank. Also, keep in mind that this process sometimes takes up to 10 business days.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Group Mobile currently does not charge sales tax unless you are located in Arizona. A flat 8.8% sales tax will be applied to all Arizona residents. However, if your AZ organization is tax exempt, please fax a copy of your tax exempt form and we will remove the sales tax from your order. Please fax your tax exempt form to 480-247-2750 Attention: "Accounting".
Shipping & Delivery
How much do you charge for shipping?
Group Mobile is proud to offer FREE Ground Shipping within the continental 48 U.S. States on orders over $99.99 that are placed online! If your order is less than $100 fill in the address on the check-out page to calculate a shipping estimate. Actual shipping charges in the 48 continental States are sometimes lower than the estimate depending on quantities and items ordered. You will be contacted with the actual shipping amount by a Group Mobile representative before your order is processed.
For expedited and international shipments, Group Mobile does not charge for shipping based on where you are located, but rather on quantity ordered and shipping method selected.
To get a shipping estimate you can add your items to your cart and then select guest checkout. Please note that these estimates are only for domestic shipments and you will be contacted with the actual shipping amount by a Group Mobile representative. International shipments will be subject to higher rates plus duties and taxes. Please call for an International Shipping Quote (866-784-4338). Group Mobile is also able to ship on your Fedex, UPS, or DHL account with your account number.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No, due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
When will my order ship?
When your order will ship largely depends on what your order. Please keep in mind that Group Mobile is in the business of specialized / custom rugged computers. Most of the products we offer are custom-built to the customers' specifications. This means that we take your order, send it to the factory, and the system(s) are scheduled to production. This process normally takes 3-4 weeks, therefore, you will receive your custom computers in 4-5 weeks from the time you place your order.
There are exceptions to this 30-35 day turnaround. Sometimes the base models are in-stock for immediate delivery, or the manufacturers are able to turn around orders in 2-3 weeks.
This depends on the product, configuration required, and occasionally the time of year, as some months tend to be busier than others in the computer industry. Generally, keep in mind that ruggedized computers are not the same as commercial, plastic, high-volume, assembly-line computers from Dell, Hewlett-Packard, Acer, Toshiba, etc.

Do you ship internationally?
Group Mobile does ship internationally, however the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees, duties and taxes. We typically ship via Federal Express when shipping internationally. For an estimated shipping quote please contact one of our rugged computer specialists at 1-866-RUGGED-8 (1-866-784-4338) and follow the prompts to get to the right representative. When shipping internationally, Group Mobile prefers to ship items on your FedEx, UPS or DHL account so please let us know if that is an option for you.
Returns & Technical Support
What is your return policy?
A. In order for Group Mobile to approve a product return, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Group Mobile will not accept "open box" returns.
B. As Group Mobile sells primarily custom-configured computers, unopened box returns also may be denied. We cannot re-sell or return a computer that has been built to a customer's specifications.
C. Any and all product returns must be approved by Group Mobile and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be issued.
D. Approved returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
E. Approved returns will incur a 15% restocking fee.
F. Returns must be received within 15 days of the RMA number issuance.
G. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return.
H. All returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, or any other courier that provides a tracking number and proof of delivery.

J. If the returned product does not meet the requirements stated above, it will be sent back to the customer "freight collect".
K. It is recommended that you do not send in additional accessories or peripheral devices when returning products for repair. Repair centers will not be held responsible for any lost items.
How do I return my product?
Please see our return policy. If your return is within these guidelines, then please contact your sales rep or our RMA department to acquire an RMA number so that you can return your product. RMA Department # 866-784-4338, option "3".
How do I get technical support?
If you are having issues with your product we recommend calling the manufacturer directly as they are better suited to deal with the technical issues related to their products.

Is my product in warranty?
The best way to find out if your product is still under warranty is to call the manufacturer directly. Please make sure that you have the serial number handy as this is how they will determine if you are still covered under warranty. Please refer to the manufacturer phone numbers listed above.
